Our Employees
Baba Vern founder of Classico Deli brings a long history of high end restaurant experience. He is Puerto Rican/American
and all his dishes have wonderful favors from the islands as well as traditional American. Come by and taste a sample of his
latest dish. He prepares all types of food from all over the world and they are all cooked in traditional ways. No
fast cooking here. He specializes in slow cooking to bring out the flavor of all the food and spices that
